EA has released one official patch for FIFA 06 which adds the missing summer transfers of the season 2005/2006 and removes some bugs.
Important note: Your career and tournament files will NOT work after installing this patch. As mentioned in the readme files of the patch, you have to reset your teams in the game menu after installing the patch.
