Please please help !!!

Can anyone tell me what the D. My Squads folder actually do and what info does it hold. I have been playing Fifa 09 since it came out and I have several tournaments and Managers careers on the go. When I tried to play an international friendly or set up a international tournalment it crashes the game saying "fifa09.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" and fifa09 then shuts down. (it never use to)
By removing various folders from the saved fifa09 folder in my documents I have found that by removing D. My squads fifa09 is OK with the international games and if I load a managers career all my squads are as I set them up ie they havn't gone to a default. So I don't know why there is this D. My squads
