I was playing FIFA 09 online with my mate and his two subs were invisible!

Anybody else seen this before?

How many times did you have this problem ?
Did you install patches which are not from EA ?

I also had this problem, soon after my Xbox presented me with the horrible red rings of death. I think it may just be a hardware probelm or a disc scratch of some kind?
