Hi

I am playing in manager mode with Cordoba in the Spanish Segunda.

Despite my objective being "avoid the bottom 3" we are currently 2nd with 6 games left, i have 99 for job security and fan support is in the 70s.....but even though we're doing so well, scoring lots of goals and keeping clean sheets, my team chemistry is only 27.....

I don't understand why this is. I do like to rotate my squad as my players tire quicker and I use a different formation for home and away games so maybe that's the reason but I find it unlikely considering our "unexpected" leagueposition.

Why is it so low do you think and what can I do to improve the chemistry rating?

It's quite normal that it's difficult to improve the team chemistry.
But it could help to reduce the size of your team. Too many players aren't good. Rotating is a good idea, but the best players of your team expect to play every match, so reducing the team size could be a solution in order to have the possibility to rotate only on a few positions.
